All plans are offered as monthly subscriptions tailored to your needs, with a two-month minimum commitment. Training Peaks Premium subscription included. Cancellations require a 30-day notice.

Strength and mobility are key to staying injury-free and running stronger. That’s why I’ve partnered with Kinesis Integrated to give you a personalized, science-based strength program that supports your running.
This is a $40/month value that I provide to my athletes at a discounted rate.
Speed work is a great way to take your running to the next level. Coach Jen at Perseverance Training will have a structured workout each week that can be modified for all levels. Not into speed or just looking for some company while you run? You're still welcome to join.
Workouts will be sent out ahead of time in the email newsletter so you know exactly what to expect.
Come for the speed, stay for the community.
